Where will my driver meet me?
Your flight details help us coordinate the airport meeting point and pickup time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
When you add your flight number to your booking, we can track your flight and coordinate a seamless pickup, even if it is delayed. Please let us know if your flight details change.
How much luggage can I bring?
As a planning guide, the car accommodates up to 2 large bags and the van up to 6. Add small bags and any unusual items when booking so we can confirm the right vehicle.
Can I request a child seat?
You can request one in the booking notes. Availability depends on the transport partner and is only confirmed when we tell you by email.
When do I pay?
Stripe authorizes the fixed total when you book. We complete the charge only after confirming the vehicle within 24 hours; if we cannot confirm it, we release the authorization.
What happens after I reserve?
We check the request and email you within 24 hours. Pickup and meeting information follows with the confirmation.
Can I change my pickup details?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with the requested change as early as possible. We will confirm whether it can be applied before travel.
